There are a few things we would like you to review before you book with us!

Insurance and Waiver Form

Safety is our #1 priority! We have $2 million liability insurance. We require a waiver form to be signed upon delivery. A copy of our insurance policy is available upon request.

Ground Condition

Flat and level is best! No sharp objects on ground (rocks, debris, stumps, etc). No dog poo! Please take a quick look before hand to make sure Rover hasn't left any surprises for us.

Area must be accessible. All of our units are roughly 4 feet wide when being transported. If there is a gate, doorway or stairwell please let us know ahead of time, so we can make necessary arrangements.

We drive 24' stakes into the ground to secure our castles, so please let us know if you have an irrigation system or shallow gas lines nearby.

We can setup almost anywhere! Concrete, grass, indoors, or pea gravel, but please let us know so we can bring the right gear!

Power Requirements

Each of our units requires its own 120v 15amp power outlet. If you are not sure if you have the necessary power, let us know. We have 100 foot extension cords, and can supply a generator for an additional fee. We also have a trained electrician on staff, so can more than likely find a safe secure power source!

Supervision

All of our units REQUIRE adult (18+) supervision at all times. The adult is responsible for ensuring safety rules are adhered to at all times. If no adult is available for supervision, we offer staff at $50/hour to supervise the unit during your event.

Start Time

We like to arrive to your event 30-45 minutes BEFORE the event starts. This does NOT cut into your rental time. This ensures that we are 100% set up and the castle is ready for you and your guests to enjoy! If there is an issue with us arriving early, please let us know.

Weather Conditions

Some of our units can get wet, and some cannot! If rain is in the forecast, we reserve the right to reschedule your rental, or change the unit for one that is intended for water. Our water units have non-slip vinyl surfaces making them far safer in questionable weather. Being an inflatable, wind can be an issue. We use 24" anchors at 6 locations of the unit to ensure it will stay put! That being said, if wind speeds exceed 25km/hour, we require the supervisor to immediately deflate the unit and contact us. Unfortunately, if weather conditions change once we have left for delivery, payment is still required as we are not responsible for unseen weather conditions.

Cancellations

We understand plans can change. If you need to alter your booking, or reschedule you event please give us at least 48 hours notice.

Delivery Fee

We are based out of 100 Mile House, and charge a delivery fee for any distance over a 30 minute drive.

Up to 60 min $100

Up to 1.5 hrs $150

Payment

At this time, we accept cash, cheque or etransfer, which is due upon delivery of the unit. We are working on credit card processing, and will change our policy as soon as it is available.

Cleanliness

Our units are cleaned after every use. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. If you have an issue with the cleanliness of the unit you rented, please let us know. We will do what we can to make it right. We also are happy to wear masks upon customer request.
